On my site you will see the therapies I offer down the left hand side and across the top are courses and workshops that I run. Please take some time to have a look at the information and then ring when you have done so to discuss your requirements, or alternatively you may decide to just gaze at the beautiful photos on the banner as they move through. As you are doing so, take some deep, slow breaths and feel your mind and body being soothed and calming down.
As the company name suggests, my main focus is on providing solutions to stress whether the symptoms be psychological, physical or emotional. I work in schools, organisations, the community and with groups as well as individuals in the South/South West Wales area and I can work with anyone from the age of 2 years old up to senior citizen. I have been a qualified therapist for over 10 years now and am fully insured and CRB checked.
I utilise a variety of techniques, ancient and modern to help alleviate the symptoms of stress and it's effects and would be very pleased to discuss any requirements you, your family, your school or your organisation may have. As well as solutions and treatments, I run courses, workshops and provide training.
I totally believe that there is something out there that can help you and it may well be that I have some tools in my toolbox that will do the job, but if I don't have the right tools or techniques, I will do my best to find someone for you who does.
