EFT in the News

Follow the link below for a feature in the Daily Telegraph 15 February 2010 to read how singers such as Michael Ball, the late Stephen Gately and Lily Allen have used EFT to help with pre-performance nerves and weight control.   Plus sportspeople such as American PGA golfers have been spotted EFT tapping around the golf course to  enhance their performance.

Psychological acupuncture without the needles.  Yes, it is a bit weird, but very effective.  The beauty of this treatment is that it is something that you, the client, can learn to do yourself.  It empowers you.  It gives you a tool that you can use for any issues from the past, present or the future.  You can learn this tool and have it to use for the rest of your life.

The only limitation to EFT is your own imagination.  Try it on Everything as Nick Ortner would say.

A session would normally be 2 hours to allow me enough time time to teach you the routine, how to use it and help you use it.

It can be literally used for anything: cravings; self-esteem; emotional issues; being annoyed or angry with your partner; worry about exams or interviews; I won't carry on here, because the list is literally endless.

If you have any concerns, worries, negative beliefs, blocks that are holding you back, pain - whatever your issue, it's entirely possible that EFT can help you.

I tend to use EFT as the pre-cursor to hypnotherapy in that I believe it is so empowering to give you a tool you can go away and use consciously to support the sub-conscious hypnotherapy work.

I use it all the time to clear my own blocks and so does my partner.  It's powerful, simple and very easy to learn and use.
