Release

This module, usually the second one, allows you to look at memories, incidents and events that have had an emotional connection to food and your weight in the past. You will be able to release those emotions safely and make peace with your past, leaving you ready to create new healthy positive connections with food in your future.
 
NB—this module may require more than 1 session to release all issues.
 
  
Reconnect
 
This is the first HypnoGastricBand session, which includes the consultation process with your "surgeon" and where you receive an explanation of the operation, together with some suggestions and affirmations to kick-start your new eating & drinking pattern.
 
 
Reduce
 
This is the second HypnoGastricBand© session where you will actually undergo the Laparascopic Gastric
 
Band  procedure in a safe, comfortable environment.
